By Sunday, August 19 all participants had arrived; for six of the eleven couples it was their first build. We worked on five houses in varying stages of construction, however, our primary focus was to start with the sub-flooring on one house and take it as far as we could in ten workdays. By the last day it was up, under roof and sided, not to mention the roofing, carport, insulation, drywall, windows, landscaping and concrete work done on the other houses, and our help in the affiliate s Restore. The partner family worked alongside us every day.
